A quick update: Over the next couple of days, we will be making some announcements that will be focused towards our re-direction and team structure. We are setting ourselves up to function in an Agile way, and an update on this will be presented shortly. The announcement will primarily be related to making the team structure more Agile vs centralization. Currently, we are following a centralized process-flow that is limiting our ability to achieve many work functions and this change in the structure is done to smoothen our internal operations.
As mentioned earlier, re-directing all aspects related to Nafter is a process that takes time, effort and commitment. So please be on the lookout for the upcoming news.
