First, in order to foster Nafter’s growth and stability, over the last several weeks our Board of Directors has been reviewing our internal management structure, personnel, workforce responsibilities, and workflow.
In order to be transparent with respect to Nafter management, we have abolished the C-suite structure (CEO, COO, CMO, CSO, etc.) and transitioned to a decentralized management structure with team leads to allow for more maneuverability and speed in this fast paced environment.
Some team leads are familiar to you, while others may not be just yet:
Ani - Special Projects Lead
Adrian - Project Strategy Lead
Giannis- Marketing Lead
Sara - Social Media and Community Management Lead
Nafter team leads are just one component of a full workforce of designers, developers, admin staff, and more, who are dedicated to Nafter’s success.
